Through this form, MUXUNAV S.L. requests the express consent of the data subject for certain processing operations of personal data whose legal basis is consent.
The data subject may authorise each purpose independently. Refusal to give consent for a specific purpose shall not prevent the processing of data that is necessary for other purposes legitimised by a different legal basis, such as the performance of a contractual relationship, compliance with legal obligations or legitimate interest where applicable.
Consents requested
Below you may expressly select the authorisations you wish to grant to MUXUNAV S.L. The checkboxes must appear independently and must not be pre-ticked.
- Commercial communications: sending of commercial, promotional or informational content relating to the activities, services, news or content of MUXUNAV S.L.
- Instant messaging, SMS or similar platforms: contact via mobile phone, SMS, WhatsApp or other equivalent systems for the authorised purposes.
- Publication of images: use of images, photographs or videos in which the data subject may appear on websites, social media, magazines, publications, corporate materials or communication channels of MUXUNAV S.L.
- Disclosure of data to third parties: disclosure of data to third-party collaborators or providers only where necessary for the authorised purpose or where a legal obligation exists.
Consent must be given freely, specifically, in an informed manner and unambiguously. The checkbox for acceptance of the Privacy Policy must be kept separate from the other authorisations.

Withdrawal of Consent
The data subject may withdraw any consent given at any time, without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to its withdrawal.
